Position: Software Engineer (India)

Type: Full-time Position

Compensation: $20K–$100K/year (base) + performance bonuses up to 40%

Location: Remote

Commitment: Full-time, with overlap required until at least 11am PT

Role Responsibilities

• Build, refine, and scale AI-powered hiring platform features used by top AI labs worldwide.
• Improve the AI interview experience and ensure robust functionality across systems.
• Contribute to software powering millions in weekly payouts.
• Design and implement SQL/NoSQL database schemas and scalable backend systems.
• Collaborate on frontend projects using React and Next.js.
• Work with cloud environments such as AWS or GCP to deploy and optimize systems.
• Ensure quality, scalability, and performance while working in a high-growth startup environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, Python, or Go.
• Experience designing schemas for SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Willingness to align some working hours with Pacific Time (through 11am PT).
