Role Description

As a Member of Technical Staff (MTS), you will be an integral part of our engineering team, contributing to the design, development, and comprehensive testing of high-quality Salesforce solutions. This is a hybrid engineering role designed for a motivated developer who values code quality as much as feature delivery. ou will act as a technical mentor to junior team members, providing code reviews and guidance on best practices. Simultaneously, you will collaborate with and receive strategic mentorship from Senior (SMTS) and Lead (LMTS) engineers to tackle complex architectural challenges and refine your technical skills. You are a fast learner who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to master the latest Salesforce and AI-driven development practices.

Key Responsibilities
As a Member of Technical Staff, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and testing of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications, working toward independent delivery of complex components. You will develop and optimize solutions using Agentforce, Agent Builder, and AI-driven Salesforce capabilities, while leveraging AI-assisted tools like Cursor to enhance productivity. Your role involves building and maintaining robust flows using Flow Builder—including orchestration and screen flows—and writing clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code that follows established platform best practices. You will proactively study Salesforce releases to identify new features that add business value and troubleshoot platform issues by applying a solid understanding of the Salesforce order of execution and governor limits.
You will actively participate in solution design sessions, providing technical recommendations and learning from architectural inputs provided by senior staff. In this role, you will collaborate with Senior and Lead Members of Technical Staff on feature execution and contribute to the team’s collective technical knowledge. You will participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency while seeking mentorship to refine your technical craft. Additionally, you will support the implementation of integration solutions using REST APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
This role requires you to be a self-starter who can work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You must possess good oral and written documentation skills and be able to interact with other team members to deliver fast and reliable code. You will also be asked to contribute ideas and provide feedback on many projects within the team’s portfolio, demonstrating a high capacity for learning in a dynamic, AI-forward environment.
